Ferose studied Computer Science and Engineering in college, and his passion for technology led him to choose a career in the field. His technology know-how and ability to be a good manager have served him well over the years. Today, he is one of the top people at SAP Labs and involved in many projects all over the world.
A few years ago, when Ferose’s son was born, he found himself wondering how he could give back to the community to celebrate. Both Ferose and his wife love music and books, so they decided to explore the impact of both these things. With the help of Kiran Bedi, they started a music school for poor kids in a village in Nayagaon. They support the school financially even today.
Ferose believes in the power of a well-rounded education and says that theatre, sports, music and literature helped him become who he is today. He wants schools to teach all of these things. Diversity and inclusivity are also very important to Ferose and he helps organise the India Inclusion Summit in Bangalore every year. He also created space for and encouraged autistic people to apply for jobs at SAP Labs.
Ferose has also come up with many ideas to make his employees happier such as day-care services at the office. With such loving and grateful employees, we’re sure that Ferose and SAP are going to do great things!
