We are back with your Thursday email and your weekly dose of positivity!

Anjali, our Chief Content Officer, was in Sugadh, Ahmedabad recently for an HHH Retreat by MovedByLove. While she was there, immersing herself in a new experience of being home away from home, she got a chance to be a small part of a very touching story (Thanks to her being a Madras Girl!). This story, apart from bringing a beautiful smile on your face, will reinstate the meaning behind the quote – We can do no great things, only small things with great love. Do read Anjali’s experience and the story she became a part of. 🙂

Another beautiful story we want to share with you today is woven around the usually unspoken, but an incredibly important topic of mental health. Ashwin talks about his friend- Ranjana, who battled her way out of depression and suicidal tendencies, and is now actively helping other people with mental health issues by openly sharing her journey. We share this story with you, with a hope that more people find the strength Ranjana did.

That said, on an ending note, we want to thank you for encouraging the Thursday Emails that we send you. We have been receiving some beautiful responses that have deeply touched us and showed us the values hidden in this simple weekly exchange. We are very very grateful for your support. 🙂

Have a beautiful week ahead. Initiate a conversation about mental health with someone. 🙂
With gratitude, smiles and cheers,
